When designing my logo, it was important to me that it illustrates the key elements of the philosophy of my work.<\/p>

The symbolism of the circle represents \u201csomething that is cyclical,\u201d unity, and community. It is asymbolism that speaks to our \u201csense of community\u201d and the idea of being part of a shared process. <\/span> <\/p>

In the C, which is also the initial letter in Casparij, the opening symbolizes “openness and new possibilities”.<\/span><\/p>

At the heart of all this is the individual\u2014because this is where we must ensure that all processes begin. We must build on the individual\u2019s potential, which we need to develop and nurture\u2014because \u201cwhole,\u201d motivated, and inspired employees are the prerequisite for achieving sustainable well-being and growth in any organization. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
