public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">For me, the answer is a clear NO, because the future is NOW and the good news is that we already have the tools within us.<br \/>\nWe just need to become aware of them and adjust our mindset to the present we are leading in! <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-d54c6\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 WkT0MK _1FoOD _3M0Fe T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">If we were to briefly state what the task of the &#8220;leaders of the future&#8221; is, it must be to adapt their leadership to the skills, behaviors and attitudes that will be required tomorrow.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s about sharpening our senses and being aware of what&#8217;s happening around us and adapting to the developments that are constantly taking place.<br \/>\nThe challenge lies in making ourselves &#8211; and those we lead &#8211; aware of, and comfortable with, the fact that development is happening far faster than it is natural for humans to evolve.    <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7620c07 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7620c07\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-751cf53 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"751cf53\" elementor-size-default\">Are we lost in our priorities?  <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c91ed59 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c91ed59\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\">When I look around the landscape, I fundamentally believe that we have lost our priorities when it comes to creating healthy and sustainable growth in companies.<br \/>\nThe 3 main focus areas of growth, employee satisfaction and customer loyalty are out of balance, and due to time pressures and expectations of quick results, the focus is rigidly on growth and profit &#8211; and to a lesser extent, what creates it! <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b73950 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"5b73950\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"748\" height=\"748\" balance between well-being and profit<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"_3qMKZ _1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">I have no doubt that the balance between well-being and profit is key to our success or failure &#8211; also in our leadership<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_3qMKZ _1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">I am convinced (and can see from several of my courses) that if we start focusing on employee well-being, customer loyalty and thus the foundation for the economy that can create growth will come all by itself.<br \/>\nIt is also the prerequisite for attracting and retaining the workforce we need to achieve our business goals. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab25379 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ab25379\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">  Only 16% of employees in Denmark are engaged at work.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a49a241 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a49a241\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p id=\"viewer-bt2rs\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 WkT0MK _1FoOD _3M0Fe T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">The reality is, unfortunately, that this balance is extremely poor.<br \/>\nIn Gallup&#8217;s latest &#8220;State of the Global Workforce&#8221; report, only 16% of employees in Denmark are engaged at work.<br \/>\n73% are disengaged and 11% are actively disengaged, which is directly detrimental to workplace culture and well-being.<br \/>\nThese are staggering figures, and an incredible amount of money is spent on salaries for employees who have so much more potential.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-88dt1\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 WkT0MK _1FoOD _3M0Fe T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Analysis from Bain &amp; Company shows that engaged employees are 44% more productive than satisfied employees and if we manage to create inspired employees, we can increase productivity by 125%.<br \/>\nSo there is a lot of money hidden in good leadership. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b77ba12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"b77ba12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" to work on awareness and shift our mindset<\/span><\/h3>\n<p id=\"viewer-5vs2o\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 WkT0MK _1FoOD _3M0Fe T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">So how do we realize the huge potential of motivating our employees and increasing productivity and well-being?<br \/>\nIt requires us to work much more with awareness and mindset and realize that it&#8217;s time to &#8220;unlearn and relearn&#8221; much of what we currently know about leadership.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-4jkpr\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 WkT0MK _1FoOD _3M0Fe T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Awareness is, among other things, looking into habits and behaviors, as well as being clear and conscious about the answers to two simple (but difficult) questions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-262ep\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 WkT0MK _1FoOD _1oG79 VrUyH9 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\"><strong><em>&#8220;Who am I? And what is my purpose? &#8220;<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-7t3nr\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 WkT0MK _1FoOD _3M0Fe T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">It&#8217;s also the awareness of what drives your employees: where do they draw their energy and what drains their energy?  <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-piih\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 WkT0MK _1FoOD _3M0Fe T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Here we use <a class=\"_3Bkfb _1lsz7\" href=\"http:\/\/www.playyourtalent.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" day.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-330dd5a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"330dd5a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e857dc e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0e857dc\"
