The individual at the center and in motion

When designing my logo, it was important to me that it illustrates the key elements of the philosophy of my work.

The symbolism of the circle represents “something that is cyclical,” unity, and community. It is asymbolism that speaks to our “sense of community” and the idea of being part of a shared process.

In the C, which is also the initial letter in Casparij, the opening symbolizes “openness and new possibilities”.

At the heart of all this is the individual—because this is where we must ensure that all processes begin. We must build on the individual’s potential, which we need to develop and nurture—because “whole,” motivated, and inspired employees are the prerequisite for achieving sustainable well-being and growth in any organization.
