Under the headline “Put your and your employees’ top talents into play. It strengthens your personal leadership and creates motivation and engagement in everyday life” I focused on how talent insight is an effective key to achieving well-being, engagement and motivation in everyday life 😀
Knowing your own and your employees’ talent potential opens up new opportunities to create the optimal framework for communication, job satisfaction, efficiency and performance 📈
This morning’s participants had the pleasure of creating a Play Your Talent talent profile, giving us insight into individual talents and the group’s overall talent package 🧠 Insights they can use to play each other even better in future meetings 🔵 ⚪
