New name – focus on culture, branding and strategy

Time flies when you're having fun, as the saying goes. I recognize it, because on May 1st it's exactly 6 years since I jumped into my self-employed career, and what a journey it has been. Like a ride in the Demon in Tivoli, it has gone up and down. At times insanely fast and other times completely at a standstill. It's been educational and I'm so grateful and happy for all the exciting companies and people I've met along the way. I've worked with many industries and personalities that in many cases have also become friendships.

After 6 years under the name Marketing Innovation, it’s time for a new name and an updated business profile.
With a holistic approach to people and business, I am passionate about helping leaders and companies grow and succeed in challenging times.
Nothing less.
And when I look back on the many projects I’ve been a part of, I’m proud of many of the results we’ve achieved together:

– Launching new products in new markets

– Developing leaders’ capabilities in relation to their own leadership and creating well-being in organizations

– Inspire business owners to think outside the box and see new commercial opportunities in their existing market and product portfolio – resulting in strong growth

– Guide companies to stronger market positions and closer customer relationships

– Increased well-being in organizations and a greater sense of community, where moving in the same direction and pulling together suddenly becomes second nature.

Through all these projects in sales, marketing, leadership and business development, I have experienced how focus on people and culture have been the key drivers in creating a winning organization in challenging times.

Based on these experiences – combined with a deep understanding of communication and people – I have come to realize that what I can do is help leaders and organizations achieve unique results – for themselves and their organization.

It’s my passion and the core of my new company name CASPARIJ.

We are in a time where market development and competition place great demands on development and adaptation for both people and organizations.
An agile and human-centered culture is a necessity.

I believe – and can see through my work – that in companies where leaders and employees are aware of their purpose, who they are and what they stand for, synergy, energy and unique results flourish.

I’m glad that you’re on this journey.
